How can you determine if you have already kneaded it well? First, the surface of the dough looks particularly delicate and smooth, second, when you cut it open, there are no bubbles inside, like dumpling skin, that's when it's kneaded well.

You need to adjust the water amount according to the water absorption of the buns, don't make shaped buns too soft, it will be sticky and difficult to make, and it will become flat and ugly even after fermentation.

2, Fermentation must take a photo before and after to see if it has fermented to 1.5-2 times bigger.


3, If it doesn't ferment much, put it in a pot of boiling water and steam it, if it has fermented a lot, put it in a pot of boiling water and steam it.
