Cornmeal Pancake Recipe Steps
- 1 Prepare a slightly larger bowl, put the cornmeal into the bowl, then pour in 200ml of hot water, and roughly mix with a chopstick to form a flocculent state.
- 2 Add 100g flour, 2 eggs, 60g white sugar and 3g dry yeast, and roughly stir with a chopstick.
- 3 Add 180ml of warm water, stir with a chopstick until it becomes relatively viscous and does not have large granules, then cover with plastic wrap and let it stand for about 15 minutes, after the time is up, stir again with a chopstick to eliminate air in the dough.
