Ginger Shredded Carp Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
Fresh fish chunks---300g; Sliced ginger---10g; Goji berries---10g; Green onion chopped---a little; Salt---1/2 teaspoon; Chicken powder---1/2 teaspoon; Rice wine---1 teaspoon; Black pepper---a little; Sesame oil---a little
Instructions:
① Place a soup pot, add 800㏄ of water and bring to a boil, then add fresh fish chunks, sliced ginger and goji berries, cook until it boils again and turn to small fire, continue to cook for about 10 minutes.
② Add all seasonings to the pot in step 1 and stir until cooked, sprinkle green onion chopped before serving.
