Different methods keep my children from getting tired of eating. Today, I'm making tofu steamed eggs, a block of tofu paired with 4 eggs, costing only 3 yuan in total. Ingredients
1 block of tofu, 4 eggs, scallions (green onions) to taste.
Seasoning
salt, chicken broth (chicken essence), vegetable oil (sesame oil), soy sauce, edible oil to taste.
Instructions


Step 1: Wash the tofu and put it in a zip-lock bag, using a knife to press it into pieces. I choose old tofu. Pour the mashed tofu into a dish, and crack an egg into it. Add a small spoonful of salt, half a spoonful of chicken broth (if you don't like chicken broth, omit it), and a tablespoon of edible oil.


Step 2: Use chopsticks to mix it evenly, so that the egg is fully dissolved in the tofu.

Step 3: Then, crack 3 eggs into the tofu.


Step 4: Cover it with a lid, steam it over boiling water for about 12 minutes until the egg is cooked. Use a chopstick to insert into the yolk, if the yolk is solid and doesn't leak out, it's cooked.


Step 5: When the time is up, take out the steamed eggs, sprinkle some scallions on top, pour in a spoonful of vegetable oil, and two spoonfuls of soy sauce to enjoy the deliciousness.


Tofu steamed eggs are ready, the method is simple, nutritious and delicious, especially suitable for the elderly and children. Adding tofu makes it more nutritious and a good dish for a meal.
