Grandpa's recipe, the braised ox tail tastes really good!
Ingredients
Ox tail 400g, yam 3 pieces, ginger 5 slices, 2 spoons of (liao jiu - Chinese liquor), 8 cloves of garlic, 20g milk, 10 goji berries, fragrant coriander to taste, 1 shark fin
Homemade Ox Tail Soup Recipe
1Wash the ox tail thoroughly and blanch it for later use

2Wash and slice scallions, ginger, star anise, and Sichuan peppercorns

3Place the blanched ox tail pieces in a stew pot, add purified water, then add a spoonful of (liao jiu - Chinese liquor) and a little vinegar (vinegar is to remove the fishy smell).

4Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to low and simmer until almost done, add a little salt to taste when almost ready
