Chili Pepper and Bamboo Shoots Stir-fry
Ingredients:Snow Peas (Dried Bean Sprouts) 1 bag 200g Bamboo Shoots 1 piece Green Onion several slices Chili Paste 2 large spoons Salt 1 teaspoon (5g) Sugar 1 teaspoon (5g) Chicken Powder a little Flavor Oil a little
Instructions:
1Wash and slice the bamboo shoots into small dices, blanch in boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain and reserve.
2Heat a wok over high heat, when the oil is 60% hot, reduce to medium heat, add green onion slices, stir-fry until fragrant, then add bamboo shoot dices and stir-fry for 2 minutes, add chili paste and snow peas.
3Stir-fry for a few times, add salt and sugar, continue to stir-fry for 2 minutes, turn off the fire, sprinkle with chicken powder and flavor oil.
