2Tomatoes are pre-boiled in hot water for 30 seconds, then take them out and tear them apart, rinse with cold water, and cut 2 pieces for plating. The rest of the tomatoes are all cut into small pieces and prepared for later use. Beef brisket, cut the fat part into small pieces, the rest into 2 cm square large pieces. Ginger and garlic cut into minced pieces.
