Hot pot is very common in Xi'an, with meat, vegetables, and soup, and a bowl of rice or steamed bun, satisfying your hunger and cravings. It's warm in winter and refreshing in summer, especially delicious. This restaurant is probably the one with the most diverse flavors of hot pot I've ever seen. We ordered ten or so flavors in one breath, and it didn't fit on two tables.
The stove is very powerful, with twelve burners boiling at the same time, and each hot pot has a different taste. Although it seems simple, it really tests the chef's skills. Adding soup on one side and adding vegetables and meat on the other requires speed and experience. It's not an easy task to use your hands and brain simultaneously.

Fish hot pot is amazing! I ate two bowls of rice in one go. The fish is deep-fried golden and crispy, and the fish bones are crispy. The chicken broth and beef bone broth are spicy and fragrant, really appetizing.
The hot pot is reasonable, and the bottom doesn't use large white cabbage to pad it, each hot pot except for a few tofu, wood ear mushrooms, is mostly meat. Braised beef is also cut into large pieces, clearly visible.
Meatball hot pot 30 yuan is very popular. There are spicy and clear broth flavors. There are ten or so meatballs in each hot pot, beef meatballs are chewy and elastic, spicy and boiling, amazing!
Clear braised mutton, sour mutton, cumin mutton are 38 yuan per serving. Whatever you grab from the pot is full of meat, and the quantity is abundant. The sheep in Ningxia is not fishy or spicy, the meat is tender and the soup is rich and flavorful.
Spicy red shrimp hot pot is bright red and oily. Seafood lovers should try it. Big shrimp and squid are also available.
