If You Do This, Children Can't Resist Eating 10 Flower Rolls
Flower rolls are usually steamed, here's a little trick: you can pan-fry them for a delicious taste, super easy! If you like steamed ones, just replace the last step with steaming.

Ingredients:
Fermented dough, green onions, oil, salt, cured pork belly
Instructions:
1. Chop the green onions into very fine chopped green onions

2. Slice the cured pork belly into small pieces and stir-fry them

3. Take an appropriate amount of dough and roll it out like this

4. Mix oil, salt, chopped green onions, and cured pork belly, then spread it on the dough

If you like sesame, you can replace the meat with sesame
5. After spreading, roll it up

6. Use a knife to press a groove in the middle, be careful not to press too hard, but also don't make it too shallow, otherwise it will only have the shape when it's steamed, without the flower shape

7. Don't bring it to steam, directly pan-fry it:
a. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, place the flower rolls in and fry over medium-high heat for 2 minutes until the bottom of the flower rolls turn colored;
b. Pour a small bowl of water into the pot, cover the pot, and steam;

c. About 10 minutes or when the water is almost dry, remove the lid to evaporate the excess moisture. If needed, add a little oil until the bottom of the flower rolls turn golden yellow and fragrant.
