Tired of Braised Chicken Wings? Try This Method – Refreshing Taste and a Fantastic Flavor!
A reader previously asked that I just love eating chicken wings, but I can't finish more than two portions of braised chicken wings. A few days later, I wanted to eat them again.

Today I'm recommending this 'Honey Glazed Chicken Wings', it's absolutely addictive! I can only finish two portions of braised chicken wings, but now I can eat six at a time.

Ingredients: Chicken wings, Cajun seasoning, scallions, ginger, soy sauce, oyster sauce, white sugar.
Steps:
First step: Cut three knife marks on both sides of the chicken wings.

Second step: Add a small amount of scallions and ginger, add an appropriate amount of Cajun seasoning, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and white sugar.
Third step: Place in the refrigerator for at least 7-8 hours for marination, the longer the time, the more intense the flavor.

Fourth step: Heat oil in a pan, medium heat, sear for three minutes on one side, flip and sear for another three minutes, repeat for two or three times before taking out of the pan.
Fifth step: The finishing touch! After taking out of the pan, wait two minutes to add lemon juice, the taste is really amazing!

Notes:
One: Because no salt is added, you can add a little more soy sauce, if you add salt, you can add a little less. Here, soy sauce is mainly for color and to adjust the saltiness.
Two: Cajun seasoning can be added according to personal preference, if you like this flavor, you can add more. Of course, Cajun seasoning also contains a certain amount of salt.

Three: You need to master the timing of frying chicken wings, it is best to use a small fire, slowly immerse the oil in the chicken wings, make the chicken wings fragrant, but not greasy!
Four: Because the marination time is relatively long, it is recommended to marinate the day before and cook the next day.
Five: Lemon juice and vinegar have different tastes, lemon is sour and sweet, it will make the meat flavor more rich and the taste more refreshing.
