Production processStep 1: Peel and wash the sweet potato, cut it into thin slices. Put it in a steamer and steam it over high heat until cooked.

Step 2: Pour the steamed sweet potato into a large bowl, add an appropriate amount of milk, and press it into sweet potato puree while hot. Adding an appropriate amount of mozzarella cheese and mixing it evenly.
