Method: 1. Wash the sour jelly beans several times to remove the nitrates. Wash the chili peppers and cut them into diced. Chop the ginger into minced ginger. Cut the pork into small pieces. 4. Push the stir-fried pork diced to one side, add sour jelly beans and chili peppers, stir-fry quickly until the sour jelly beans are evenly distributed, this is the key to making sour jelly beans taste good.

5. Push the stir-fried sour jelly beans and pork diced together and stir-fry for about 2 minutes, so that the sour jelly beans and pork diced are integrated.
