Today I'm sharing cumin lamb chunks, which are fragrant and tender, with a barbecue flavor, just as delicious as in restaurants.



Ingredients:

Half a pound of lamb leg.

Seasoning:

A little salt, 1 spoon of starch, white pepper, 1 spoon of(liao jiu –), half a spoon of cumin powder, half a spoon of chili powder, 1 spoon of roasted sesame seeds, 1 egg white.

Instructions:
Cut the lamb into chunks.

Marinate for 10 minutes.



Cut fragrant leaves into segments and arrange on the bottom of the plate.
