Since Learning This Dough Recipe, Breakfast is Ready in 6 Minutes, Simpler than Fried Dough Sticks and Tastier than Scallion Pancakes

Since learning to make this dough, breakfast is ready in 6 minutes, simpler than fried dough sticks and tastier than scallion pancakes! If you want a delicious breakfast, you can make it at home, and you don't need to buy it outside. Today, I'm sharing a homemade dough recipe for fried dough sticks, which can be baked in 40 seconds, soft and elastic with distinct layers.

Ingredients:

300g flour, 3g salt, 250ml warm water, appropriate amount of edible oil

Process

First step: Put 300g flour in a large bowl, medium-high protein flour can be used, and add 3g salt to increase the gluten of the dough.

Second step: Prepare 250ml warm water, the water temperature is about 40~50 degrees, while pouring, stir with a chopstick to form a dough, add 15ml edible oil to make the dough more soft, and prevent it from sticking to your hands when kneading.

Third step: After kneading the dough into a smooth dough, set it aside. At this time, the dough is soft. If you are a beginner, you can add 220g of water, which is easier to form a dough.

Fourth step: Prepare half a bowl of oil and half a bowl of flour in a small bowl. Then prepare 4 pieces of plastic wrap. On the working table, brush a little oil, spread the dough into a long strip, then cut it into 4 roughly equal pieces.

Fifth step: The key to making delicious dough sticks is that the dough should be soft. Press the dough strips into thin sheets, about 5mm thick, brush with oil, and sprinkle with dry flour to create layers. Make sure there is enough oil and flour inside the dough skin, otherwise it will be difficult to have layers.

Sixth step: Fold the dough skin to the left and right, and then fold the long strip from one end to make a folded shape, just like folding a blanket.

Seventh step: Organize the folded dough into an oval shape, with the seam facing down.

Eighth step: Brush oil on the plastic wrap, place the dough on the plastic wrap, wrap it up and place it in a bowl, and place it in the refrigerator to ferment overnight. I made the dough the night before and put it in the refrigerator to make it the next day, which is especially delicious.

Ninth step: Take out the refrigerated dough, remove the plastic wrap, and roll it into a large circle. Don't roll it too thin.

Tenth step: Brush oil on the bottom of the electric griddle, heat the griddle, put the rolled dough into the griddle. This dough is relatively soft, roll it up and put it on the rolling pin, then put it into the griddle from one side, brush oil on the dough surface, lock in moisture, and cook until the bottom is slightly yellow.

Eleventh step: The baking time should not be too long, otherwise it will be baked dry. Cover the baked dough with a cloth, prevent moisture from escaping, and the heat effect will make the whole dough more soft. After baking all the dough sticks, you can eat them.
