Crispy and Crunchy Skin, Tender and Juicy Inside, Delicious to the Point of Not Wanting to Throw Away the Bones, and Still Licking Fingers
Ingredients: 2 tablespoons of minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, half tablespoon of aged Shao Xing black vinegar, half tablespoon of dark soy sauce, a small half of black pepper, a small half of salt, a small half of sugar, half bowl of cornstarch, black pepper
Instructions:
1⃣️Cut chicken wings into several slices to facilitate absorption of flavor, add minced garlic, light soy sauce, aged Shao Xing black vinegar, dark soy sauce, salt, sugar and black pepper, stir evenly and marinate overnight



2⃣️After marinating, coat with cornstarch, heat oil to 67% hot, fry chicken wings over low heat for about 10 minutes, until golden yellow, remove


3⃣️Raise the oil temperature again and then fry over medium heat for 1 minute, remove and drain on paper towels, sprinkle with black pepper
