Everyone is a Five-Star Chef, 5-Minute Egg Pancake (No Kneading, No Waiting)

Finished product isn't particularly beautiful!
But the taste is awesome, soft and chewy, delicious!

2 eggs
Add flour according to the amount of milk and eggs to adjust (stir into a thin batter)
Diced ham (can also add chopped green onions)
Yogurt (milk) use whatever you have, a cup or small bottle is fine
Salt/pepper a little, just a pinch, don't add too much if you plan to add sauce later
Then mix all the ingredients together, don't let it become too thick, make it a little runny, add a little water if it's not thick enough, add a little flour if it's too thin, you know

Turn on the heat, non-stick skillet (the kind often used for hot pot)

Use a spoon, scoop a full spoon at a time, turn it over and pour into the pan, try to make it round
Then patiently wait, until the dough is fully cooked, especially ensure that it's not liquid, a little bit golden brown, then flip with a fork


Flip and cook for 2 minutes, then flip again, each side cook for 3-4 minutes until fully cooked (a thinner batter tastes better)


Very soft and chewy, and basically no oil, delicious and healthy, simple and fast

Finally, I added chili sauce and pickled vegetables myself, so delicious ������������������
My baby ate three at a time.
