I. Prepare Ingredients,1 Wood ear mushrooms, cucumber, wood ear mushrooms, and bamboo shoots.

2 Salt, chicken broth, white sugar, light soy sauce, sesame oil.

4 Peel the skin and thorns off the cucumber, flatten and cut into segments. This is actually just flattening the cucumber. Cut the garlic into pieces.
