Homemade Egg Tofu Surprisingly Tastier Than Store-Bought
I really like to eat variouspan-fried, stuffed tofubut recently the tofu I bought always has a strange smell. Now there is a yellow tofu on the market, but it's a bit more expensive. White tofu is 3 times the price, so I tried to make something similar myself.
Materials needed: 1 cup of soybeans, 3 eggs (don't you think the ingredients are very simple and everyone has them at home)
1 Soak the soybeans overnight to extract bean juice.
2 Filter out the extracted bean juice (this is key to making the tofu tender and smooth), then boil it for a few minutes.

Filter

Boil for 2-3 minutes
3Beat 3 eggs into an egg liquid, then take an equal amount of bean juiceThe secret to successful tofu lies in the bean juice and egg liquid ratio1:1(You can drink the remaining bean juice, it tastes better after boiling, no need to add sugar).

approximately 1:1
4 Place a fresh film on a plastic box or glass box and pour the mixture through it (filtering is to make the tofu more delicate). Finally, drizzle a few drops of fragrant oil, cover with fresh film, poke a few holes, or simply cover it with a lid, without tightening it, steam for 10-15 minutes.

5 After cooling, you can remove it to shape it into blocks.

Below is the preparation for the next step of pan-fried tofu. Cut the tofu into pieces, heat up the oil in a flat-bottomed pan, put the tofu in.
add sauce (salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce, white sugar, water starch) to thicken, and serve.
after cooking, sprinkle with chopped green onions to decorate.
