Step 1:Cut the tofu into cubes.

Step 2:Place it in a bowl.

Step 3:Add 1 teaspoon of it, and whisk it until it's fully mixed.

Step 4:Add an equal amount of water and stir well.

Step 5:Filter it into the tofu.

Step 6:Wrap it with plastic film, and then place it in a pot of boiling water and steam for about 20 minutes.

Step 7:In the minced pork, add an appropriate amount of ginger powder.
