Ingredients
- 400g Fish Bone
- 80g Lotus Root
- 30g Pomegranate
- 20g Lily
- 10g Ginger Slices
Salt, Chicken Powder, Liquor, Pepper, Cooking Oil, etc. as needed
Steps:


2 Chop the cleaned fish bone into pieces.

3 In a wok, add a suitable amount of cooking oil, heat up, and add ginger slices to release fragrance.

4 Pour in the fish bone, fry for about 1 minute until charred aroma comes out.
5 Flip the fish bone and fry until it is charred yellow.

6 Remove the fried fish bone and place it in a bowl, ready to use.

7 Pour about 800ml of water into a pot, bring to a boil over high heat, add washed lily and pomegranate

8 Pour in the prepared lotus root.

9 Cover with lid and cook for 15 minutes over high heat.

10 Remove the lid, pour in the fried fish bone.

11 Add appropriate amount of liquor.
12 Cover with lid and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes until ingredients are fully cooked.

13 Remove the lid, add appropriate amount of salt and chicken powder.

14 Mix and season, cook for 1 minute to absorb the flavor.

15 Sprinkle a little pepper.

16 Stir evenly.

17 Scoop out the cooked soup and place it in a bowl for serving.
