  • 2. Tea oil, oyster sauce, fish soy sauce
  • 3. Wash the abalone
  • 4. Remove the internal organs and clean them thoroughly
  • 5. Carve cross-shaped knives
  • 6. Chop garlic into fine pieces
  • 7. Cut chili peppers into cubes
  • 8. Mix oyster sauce and fish soy sauce 1:1 to make oyster sauce
  • 9. Heat tea oil in a pan
  • 10. Stir-fry half of the garlic until golden yellow
  • 11. Mix with fresh garlic
  • 12. Steam the abalone in a steamer
  • 13. Pour in oyster sauce
  • 14. Add the mixed garlic
  • 15. After the water boils, put the steamer on the pot
  • 16. Steam for 4 minutes over high heat
  • 17. Take out and plate
  • 18. Garnish with chili peppers

Thyme Salmon Recipe

  • 1. Salmon fillet naturally thawed

  • 11. Brush with a thin layer of olive oil
  • 12. Medium heat, brush with olive oil
  • 13. Sear the salmon
  • 14. Flip the fish when it leaves the pan
  • 15. Sear both sides until golden brown, serve
  • 16. Arrange with garnish
  • 17. Sprinkle with thyme chopped
  • 18. Drizzle with lemon juice
