Sour Fermented Radish and Pork Stir-Fry Recipe

1. Homemade kimchi requires only a sealed container. Don't oil or water during the entire process; it can last for months without spoiling. Garlic sprouts, radishes, and peppers – make whatever you like, it's very convenient. Use dry chopsticks when picking it up, don't get water on them.

2. After the sour fermented radish is ready, its color will turn into an attractive yellow. If it's still green, it hasn't fully matured; cut the sour fermented radish into segments.

3. Slice the green bell peppers and pork slices.

4. Add the pork slices to a bowl, add liquor and soy sauce, mix well, marinate for 10 minutes to enhance the flavor. Marinating the pork beforehand makes it more fragrant when stir-fried.

5. Add a little oil to the pan, then add ginger slices and small red bell peppers, stir-fry until fragrant.

6. Add the pork and stir-fry until it turns slightly pink.

7. Add chili slices to the pan after the pork is slightly colored.

8. Add salt to season, and stir-fry until evenly combined.

9. The sour fermented radish is already cooked, so you can eat it raw; don't overcook it. The sour fermented radish water already contains more salt than usual when stir-frying, so you should add salt sparingly when cooking it, to avoid it being too salty.
