Bring Your Own Packed Lunch to Work After Returning to Work

After resuming work, don't forget to prioritize safety. If you don't want to go out to eat, consider bringing your own food.

Many recipes have been simplified, the taste difference is not significant, but they are easier to make.

The ingredients are all made in advance and are not easily spoiled or stale, mainly for those who don't know how to choose.

Let's take a look together!

In the pot, sauté diced shallots until transparent and slightly browned, add rice, stir-fry the remaining curry sauce, add rice and stir-fry evenly, add salt and serve.

Salmon Rice

Steam rice, mix with sushi vinegar and let it cool. If you don't have sushi vinegar, you can use white vinegar, sugar and salt in a 3:2:1 ratio.
