Every Moment is a New Beginning; Let's Give It Our All Right Now
After resuming work, I discovered that some colleagues had read seven or eight books, some had lost six or seven pounds, and some had seen a rapid improvement in their English conversational skills. I regretted not seizing this unusually long vacation. Life is full of starting points; instead of dwelling on self-reproach and sorrow, we should turn regret into motivation and start striving wholeheartedly from this moment.
I am convinced that the starting line before eighteen is in the womb, and the starting line after eighteen is every day.
Many successful women like to get up early, using this time for exercise, meditation, replying to emails, or other activities. They rarely feel anxious because they are certain that they won the day by being disciplined. Starting a new day with such a mindset is impossible to be defeated by anything.
I calculated a time account for myself – waking up for three hours every day, which amounts to 1095 hours a year, or 45.625 days, completely immersed in a flow state.
Such mornings, running, reading, writing, going to work with the scent of bread in the air...I felt like I was living the first episode of 'Tokyo Girl' – full of ambition, and life afterwards is full of surprises.
I couldn't help but think, I pick these pearls one by one, it's a bit painstaking, but one day they will be strung together into a necklace, worn around my neck.
That kind of light is too precious, no matter how much money you spend, it can't buy it. It can only come with self-discipline, and accompany me for a lifetime, embellishing myself and illuminating others.

The most annoying sentence for me is 'losing the starting line'.
Life is full of starting lines; losing a few times is a test; losing too long is unacceptable.New friends you meet, their looks, figures, and careers are all impressive, but you realize they come from impoverished families, they have spent many years reading psychology books to eliminate the shadow of their upbringing, and worked hard to improve themselves.
You realize that 'losing the starting line' is the weakest reason.
When you waste your time, there will always be someone else diligently striving. Their appearance reminds you that no one becomes a better self without effort. You can be better than now, if you've also worked as hard as they have.
Whenever I don't want to persevere, I go back to memories, to my friends' circles, to the internet, and see those who have changed themselves.
Time is not only used to forget others, but also to change ourselves.
A year can change your appearance, two years can increase your account balance, three years can establish a business… Five years, we will live a different life. This seemingly light achievement is the cumulative effort over day and night – while others waste time, you use it as a weapon; it's lonely, but it's worth it.
In the adult world, every moment can be a different scene. Others work hard, and so should you; don't waste your time.No one wants to see a life where you know the ending, we all want to be a better version of ourselves, don't complain that you lack motivation, because the 'chicken blood' is right beside you –
The girl reading books on the morning subway, the colleague brushing English questions in the office during lunch break, people sweating profusely in the gym after work, and people going to classes and making high-quality social circles on weekends…
The confusion of twenties is not so bad, it's a stage you'll inevitably go through before seeing a wider world.
You can indulge in fun, you can fall behind, you can drift with the current for a little while; don't be afraid that it will lead to a permanent downward spiral; I made it to thirty, and I can still be a kind, positive, and enthusiastic adult.
Don't worry about your hesitation hindering your progress; when you find the right direction, you will run towards the life you love the most.
