Rich and Fragrant Frozen Tofu Green Soup – Absolutely Delicious and Unforgettable!

I've been eating tofu very frequently lately,
I accidentally made this soup using leftover frozen tofu,
I found it incredibly delicious,
The soybean-flavored broth is very rich and thick,
It's a truly delightful and memorable flavor,
So I made it again, this white cabbage and frozen tofu soup,
The recipe is incredibly simple,
Highly recommend it!

You can buy frozen tofu or make your own from regular tofu, but it must be old tofu to form into blocks,
First, let the tofu thaw ahead of time,
Then cut it into cubes and set aside,
Wash the white cabbage and set it aside,
Also chop scallions, ginger, and garlic,
Heat up a small fire and boil water, then add a little cooking oil,

Next, sauté scallions, ginger, and garlic until fragrant, then add a little dried shrimp to continue sautéing,
Now add boiling water, add a little pepper,
When the water boils, you can add some chicken meatballs,
When the meatballs are almost cooked, add the tofu blocks to continue simmering,
Then add the green vegetables, season with salt,
After a few minutes, you can take it out of the pot,

The fragrant and rich frozen tofu soup is ready!
Nutritious and easy to make, you can drink two bowls at a time,

If you like it, give it a try!
