Guangrao New District Planning!
Sunzi Culture Tourism Zone, as a national 4A-level scenic area, has become a golden signboard for Guangrao's tourism brand. In recent years, the county has implemented a series of scenic area upgrades and construction projects.
Located on the shores of Wuting Lake are Xuetong Impression, Kaise Emerald Manor, and Zhongnan Century City, which, as residential communities included in the unified planning management of the Sunzi Culture Tourism Zone,will continue to provide supporting tourism services in the surrounding areas.
To our knowledge, the Tourist Hub Center Project and the Culture Street Project were included in the park's planning from the very beginning of the Sunzi Culture Tourism Zone's construction. Here's a brief introduction to the projects:
Tourist Hub Center Project
Planning area of 140 acres, with a building area of 18,000 square meters, primarily constructing a research center, a tourism information and consultation center, a tourism distribution and transfer-loading area, a ticket and guest room booking center, a large-scale activity area, and water-themed parent-child activities. The project's overall planning was completed in 2020, and it was approved by the County Urban Planning Committee. A feasibility study report, project application report, water appraisal, energy appraisal, approval for commencement, environmental appraisal, and safety appraisal were prepared, and relevant procedures were handled.
Culture Street Project
Planning area of 81.45 acres, with a building area of 80,000 square meters, constructing a traditional commercial street area and Sunzi Culture Garden supporting landscape and facilities. The project's planning and design were completed in 2020, the investment subject was determined, and construction drawings and a project proposal report were prepared.
Recently, Sunzi Culture Garden scenic area has attracted many citizens to visit and play. Staff set up two dedicated inspection channels at the entrance for document verification, temperature checks, and disinfection. They also reminded citizens to maintain a distance and wear masks.
